The American Sidesaddle Association participates in many parades all over the country and has received many awards, here is a small list of our awards:

• 2022- West Virginia Strawberry Festival Parade 1st place small group
• 2021- The John Hovde Horsemanship Award North Dakota Horse Expo
• 2019- West Virginia Strawberry Festival Parade 2nd place best dressed mounted unit
• 2015– Kentucky Derby Festival Parade: Best Mounted Unit
• 2014 -Kentucky Derby Festival Parade Champion Equestrian Unit
• 2014– Jockey’s Trophy, Grand Champion Equestrian Unit, in the Pegasus Parade, the top honor for equine units
• 2013- Kentucky Derby Festival Parade Champion Equestrian Unit
• 2013– Jockey’s Trophy, Grand Champion Equestrian Unit, in the Pegasus Parade, the top honor for equine units.
